Dr. Tomas T. Faminial is an Associate Professor V at Romblon State University (RSU), Odiongan, Romblon. He holds a doctor of Business Administration from EDS Business School/Akamai University, Malaysia, a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Romblon State College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Accounting from the University of the East–Manila.

He is a Certified Public Accountant, Licensed Professional Teacher, and Career Service Professional. A regular faculty member of RSU since 2002, he has taught major accounting courses and served as thesis adviser and internship coordinator.

Dr. Faminial has held key leadership roles throughout the years, including Officer-in-Charge Dean of the College of Business and Accountancy and Extension Coordinator. He is currently the Vice President for Administration and Finance of RSU, overseeing administrative and financial operations. His previous posts include BAC Chairman, Director for Corporate Affairs, Vice President for Business Affairs, and Presidential Assistant for Linkages.

With decades of experience spanning academe, public administration, accounting practice, and institutional leadership, Dr. Faminial continues to contribute to higher education, public service, and community development in the Province of Romblon.
