Romblon State University officially kicked off the year with an energizing push for holistic well-being, reaffirming its commitment to fostering a healthy, active, and supportive campus culture. Through university-wide initiatives that prioritize both physical and mental health, RSU continues to promote a balanced academic environment where students, faculty, and staff can thrive not only in their work and studies, but also in their overall quality of life.

President Merian P. Catajay-Mani led top officials and staff in a lively dance session at the administration building’s conference room, launching the first Wellness Wednesday of the year.

Wellness Wednesdays is a flagship university policy promoting physical activity, mental health, and overall well-being among students, faculty, and staff. Aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), the initiative encourages regular healthy habits to foster a balanced, vibrant campus life.
