Romblon State University (RSU) is now officially deputized to offer selected undergraduate programs under the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP), as approved through Commission en Banc Resolution No. R032-2026 (February 27, 2026).
Through RSU ETEEAP, qualified individuals may now pursue and earn their degrees in the following programs:
• Bachelor of Public Administration
• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Operations Management
• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Financial Management
• Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management
This milestone opens new pathways for working professionals and experienced individuals to complete their degrees through the recognition of prior learning, work experience, and competencies—making higher education more flexible, inclusive, and accessible.
Separate Government Authorities for each program will be issued by the Commission soon.
